A very nicely furnished room with good accessibility to shopping areas. The only negative point would of course be the size of the room. A little bigger would be perfect. Staff are efficients and friendly and can converse well in English. This will defintely a hotel I would recommend to my friends if they want to stay in Namdaemun....

The best of Seoul Royal Hotel is its location. I think it is even better than Palace and Lotte although the latter two has better view. It was so easy to shop in those local shops and to eat in those great restaurants ten stones away from the hotel. The room is clean and tidy. I would like to stay there if i go to seoul next time. However, just the price could be more cheaper.

Stafff speak good Englsih, but not somuch in servcie. I asked for extended stay, they refuse tp accept, even I direct pay to them..And no more attitude to advice where I can stay. I moved to stay a new renovated Hotel name " Metro Hotel" and I am not sure how many star but room and faciliteis is great and staff very helpful and excellent in English.

I like the location of the hotel as it is very accessible to all the shopping areas, and the night market is just outside the hotel. The staff is very courteous and helpful with regards to the questions that we've raised. However, the only thing that I am not satisfied is the size of the room as it is too cramped. Overall experience is good and if I am to go back to Seoul, I would definitely stay in that hotel again.
