Excellent hotel. Very comfortable and plrnty of room. Would stay again. Small mix up with the room when I checked in, but the staff immediately found a solution to the problem and the rest of the stay was very enjoyable. Spa was a welcome sight after the long flight, clean and professional. Close to COEX, subway station very close by. Taxis were always on hand. ...

My wife and myself stayed eight nights in the Riviera Hotel Seoul and found it extremely comfortable. The entire staff were most helpful and welcoming and the people at reception could not have been more obliging and patient in dealing with requests.

Even though I paid $106 per night, my room in Riviera was like a luxurious suite. Everything was absolutely perfect: size, furniture, comfort, service, close vicinity to COEX. I loved it and would recommend it to everyone. Staff was extremely friendly: Sauna was the best, swimming pool, exercise facilties. I could not dream of a better place to stay, couple minutes from a subway station, right on an airport shuttle line. I got everything for the money I paid even above.
