The hotel in general is good. It's convenient in the sense that there is an airport bus stops right in front of the hotel both to and from the airport though for taking a subway, you have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the subway station. We particulary appreciate the service of the concerige as they are really friendly and helpful. Except for traditional Korean cuisine (there are several local restaurants nearby i.e. walking distance within 10 mins and price affordable but the people of the restaurant does not speak much English and the menu is mostly Korean only) otherwise you would have ...

The rooms has a smoking aroma to them, this would have been an excellent buy if it wasn't for that.

I'm not saying that all staffs are bad just 1-2 staffs are not really friendly and not helpful. Moreover customer just can't check-in before 2 pm...it's kinda ridiculous. Sometimes people travel from so far away when they reach the hotel they just feel like want to rest but they just can't check-in and have to wait until 2 pm...doesn't make sense to me.

This hotel was fairly nice inside but on the smaller side. It is one step down from all the fancy hotels, but it is definitely better than "holiday inn" type of a hotel. The location was a bit far from most activities. You either had to walk 10 minutes to the nearest subway stop or take approx 2500won to the CoEX mall (which is one of the closest things to this hotel), etc.

Never try the hotel coffee shop as the price seems a bit expensive.
