"The room had absolutely everything we needed.. the beds were comfortable and having a hot and cold water cooler was great. The bathroom was clean and big enough for our needs. We didn't really like the shower set up (a shower nozzle on a cord you need to put up and down for each shower, within the bath). Little things like a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, bathwash, toothpaste, mouth wash all being provided was nice (though we still used our own supplies and not the ones provided, the fact they were there was a nice touch). The location was great, so so convenient for bus transport and the city tour bus, lots of food/convenience stores. We had laundry done while there (almost a week of clothing for two adults, two babies and a 5 year old!), dropped off in the morning and ready in the evening and from memory it was only about $20 USD.
We got there at about 9.30am and check in wasn't until noon, but the concierge were happy to look after our bags so we were able to leave our bags safely and go sight seeing. Our ONLY complaint is that we were told to come back at noon to do check in and our room would be ready.. we got back just after 3pm really looking forward to a shower and rest before more sight seeing and our room still wasn't ready but the most annoying part was that we were told the hold up was because they noticed we had a three children and wanted to give us a free upgrade to a bigger room and blamed the delay on wanting to provide us with a more spacious room - b"

"Brilliant for a short stay, Get the #601 bus from Incheon International to the Womens university stop. Walk back to the last major junction and it's there on the left. Free PC & internet access in the room, if only some so called 3 star & more hotels would provide such a service."
