The location of this hotel is great. It's right at the base of Seoul Tower, just across the street from Myeongdong and Namdaemun markets, and just steps from a subway stop. It's close enough to be convenient but because it's not right in the middle of everything it's quiet. The (deluxe) rooms are very nice, comfortable, and have great airconditioning. The staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful. This is my favorite hotel to stay in when friends come to visit me in Seoul. I have always booked through Hotel Travel and never had any problems. ...

I think this hotel is very good value for money. The location of the subway station just steps outside the hotel is very convenient. My stay was during winter and the rooms were well heated and comfortable . I would give excellent rating to the hotel staff who were very helpful and efficient. I would expect front office staff to be well trained but it was a pleasant surprise that even housekeepers were well trained. They will discreetly & quickly make up the rooms watching for the guests to leave the rooms, but will not disturb the guests when in the room. I enjoyed my stay at Pacific hotel and would recommend it to my friends. I also appreciate the free shuttle service from hotel to airport bus stop.

Pacific Hotel is in a very convenient location close to the subway station, shops and nice restaurants. The room is very tidy and had no problem whatsoever. We had a great time in Seoul and will definitely stay in this hotel again.

We realized that Seoul is a very expensive city- so we were expecting a moderate hotel in relation to the cost...however, we were very disappointed to find out that the fitness, spa, and swimming pool are for MEN ONLY!! Try explaining that to your kids that are very interested in the pool. That being said- the staff was very friendly and helpful. They took care of arrangements for us to visit the DMZ and helped us with transportation to the airport.

I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Seoul. Someone has already mentioned a down-side: the airport shuttle bus does not stop directly in front of the hotel and you have to cross (under) the street to get to it. Keep that in mind if you have lots of luggage. Otherwise, I can't think of any other drawbacks! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms in good condition (the deluxe rooms are stylish), and the location is quiet and just steps away from busy shopping areas.

The hotel is just a stone's throw from the subway station (Myeong-dong, exit 3) and just across the road is a shopper's paradise. The hotel's interior is tastefully decorated with antiques. The bus stop for the airport shuttle (to the airport only) is nearby (located near subway exit 1, just outside Sepong Hotel). Rooms were clean but cramped (we had triple beds) and the beds were a bit hard. Drinking water were located at the lift lobby and were empty in the early morning. It would be good if the staff can schedule an early refill daily.

Quite rooms right in the city centre. Room cost was high at 260 euro per night for three persons. No discount rates and internet window of room availability kept to about two weeks.
