The staff was very helpful and freindly. they gave advise on how to get to places we wanted and were we could buy some large size clothes as the big department stores size was not large enough for my husban. They always greeted you in the morning and everytime you entered the hotel. Service in the dinning area was great. Rooms were of a large size and comfortable. The front desk staff spoke english and there was always someone on hand that spoke english, that was great for us as we spoke no Koren. The only thing for inprovement is for the hotel to provide a guest coin operated washer and dryer...

The staff was very helpful and freindly. they gave advise on how to get to places we wanted and were we could buy some large size clothes as the big department stores size was not large enough for my husban. They always greeted you in the morning and everytime you entered the hotel. Service in the dinning area was great. Rooms were of a large size and comfortable. The front desk staff spoke english and there was always someone on hand that spoke english, that was great for us as we spoke no Koren. The only thing for inprovement is for the hotel to provide a guest coin operated washer and dryer as those on holidays are not on a corperate expenses account and perfer to do their own washing. also a good reading light for when you spend time in the room relaxing. Of the 5 hotels we stayed at of our trip in Asia this one was the best for friendlyness and service.

The hotel charges for extras which other hotels in Korea tend to provide free of charge. e.g. Mineral water, internet access. The steak which I had on room service was very poor.
