Very close to most major tourist destinations within downtown. Airport bus stops right in front of hotel for arrival and departure. Multilingual, helpful and friendly staff. Non-smoking, clean and quiet room. Very close to outside restaurants, coffee shops, etc... Free safe deposit box use during your stay.
You do have to pay for anything provided by the hotel that you use: shampoo, snacks, drinks. Otherwise, a very nice hotel to stay in when your in the city....

I had two rooms. The standard room with twin beds is really small and crammed. The one with the double bed is better. Toothpaste not provided and has to be purchased. Other than that the staff do not speak much English, the service provided actually is quite good. I have rated the service as poor mainly because someone has stolen a bottle of liquor costing 21,780 Won from the mini bar and I was charged for it. I did not realised this until I was at the airport. On the day check out, the key cards to both rooms could not be used. I will have to assume that the changing of the codes on the key cards was un-intentional. Anyway, I won't return to this hotel again and I would not recommend non-Korean to stay here as well.

We are very pleased with Koreana Hotel and it is likely that we will return next time we visit Korea. We especially appriciated that the whole floor (22) was a non smoking area. We had a lovely view and it was nice and calm without any noise. The staff was friendly and spoke and understood English and the piccolos were all very helpfull and nice. Every day when we returned to our room it was made and clean. Thank you for a nice stay.
