When I arrived the hotel lobby, it did not give me a very good impression at the beginning. Because the lobby is considerable small and the decoration of the hall is just average. However, when I went up to the room, I found that the room is spacious, modern and clean. Which is so unexpected ! It even attached with a small balcony and a small kitchen. I am very happy with the standard of the room and would like to recommend this hotel to my friends when they pay a visit to Seoul. A HotelTravel.com Member, United States
Excellent and friendly English language help from front desk. Clean but somewhat worn appearance to room. One of the few hotels we found that offered a 3rd person option in the room. Only about 3 blocks from Gangnam subway stop--a convenient location for exploring the city.
It took out taxi driver several phone calls to get to the hotel even though we provided an address--street numbers aren't that helpful in Seoul. You might contact the hotel and get landmarks before you come to the city. Arun Katiyar, India
The staff at the desk is very helpful. And the gym staff is exceptionally good. Wish the breakfast service on the 12th floor is better. There is much room for improvement. The restaurants are nice, especially the Chinese one on the ground floor. I loved the location -- everything was less than 2 minutes away -- restaurants, shopping, business, underground, buses. It was very clean and staff were very nice. Everytime I called front desk with a question or a problem, they answered and solved them right away. One thing I'd recommend is for the staff to explain all the high tech gadgets to the customers. I had hard time figuring out how to turn on the light (you have to insert key in a key holder in order to turn on the light), how to turn on hot water (there's a separate switch for hot water outside of the bathroom), etc. Other than that, I had a great experience.
