Because the lobby is considerable small and the decoration of the hall is just average. However, when I went up to the room, I found that the room is spacious, modern and clean. Which is so unexpected ! It even attached with a small balcony and a small kitchen. I am very happy with the standard of the room and would like to recommend this hotel to my friends when they pay a visit to Seoul. One thing I'd recommend is for the staff to explain all the high tech gadgets to the customers. I had hard time figuring out how to turn on the light (you have to insert key in a key holder in order to turn on the light), how to turn on hot water (there's a separate switch for hot water outside of the bathroom), etc. Other than that, I had a great experience.
