If you are first visit to Seoul and would like to stay in this hotel I'd recomended to get a taxi to get in to the hotel because if you get a subway it's quite deficul to find a hotel by subway beacuse there is many direction....

I had to change my room twice since the room was noisy next to the elevator and had one bed although I had requested two beds in a room.

This hotel with its location in Seoul is avarage rate in my mind for its various service. However
it is charged additionally too much items especially internet accessbility. They can offer wirelss
at lobby instead of room. I do not like this. The location is quite good.

At first put in a smoking room, having booked a non smoking room. It was really smelly. The carpets were really dirty - I was shocked when I opened the door. The staff very kindly moved us, because I couldn't stand the smell.
The next room was newly refurbished. (The hotel was being refurbished floor by floor while we were there). Although newly refurbished, and good appearance at first sight, in fact it appeared to have been hurridly refurbished, and not finished off well. To illustrate this, the lights appeared to have wiring problems as they made clicking / tinging noises when switched off - ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT, and flashed about every 2 minutes or so. (I didn't sleep well).
Having told them the next morning, and having been apologetically told that they will see to it - the problem had not been resolved and I had a second night of interrupted sleep.
A third problem tghat I encountered: the window was boarded up! It was dark when I entered the room, so I did not notice that on arrival.
Should I have not experienced these unnecessary / dissapointing things, it would have been good value for money considering the location.
