Hotel Biz is an excellent hotel for the budget traveler. It's a little hard to find at first, but is only a 2 minute walk from the nearest train station. The area is also safe, with a police station located 1 block away.
The hotel is really well equipped for it's price. The rooms are stocked with complementary coffee, water dispenser and refrigerator. They also provide free usage of their computer lounge for internet access, and free breakfast from 9-11.
Hotel Biz's rooms are a little small, but for the price you pay, and the service and amenities you get, it's great value for money!!

Absolutely perfect for a small budget. Metro station is literally 3min away by foot (green and orange line). Tea and water in the rooms are for free! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are great for that price!
