The hotel's location is great being near restaurants and shops. The hotel staff is helpful and accommodating.
However, what turns me off is the fact that only one bottle of water is given for free (there are 3 of us in a room, all paying), and there isn't even any free shampoo/rinse that comes with the room....

The hotel's location is great being near restaurants and shops. The hotel staff is helpful and accommodating.

For Westerners who don't speak Korean, this will be a different experience, as not many of the staff speak fluent English. All were kind, but I could tell they struggled understanding, and answering questions. There is one gentleman who was the most helpful and kind hotel employee I have ever found..The hotel buffet was excellent, but very expensive. Even with 2 of our children eating free, we overspent HUGELY on food. The band at dinner was GREAT.
One negatvie was the pool/gym/sauna wasn't included in the price either. This hotel would not make it in the US I don't think without including some of these things. I would definitely stay there again
