We stayed there in the winter and they were doing a lot of repair work in the lobby, so some of the restaurants and bar were closed, as well as the Casino. We ordered room service which was excellent, but it would have been nice to have been able to go to the restaurants there. The tv was small and the cable limited. Their only choices of inhouse movies were expensive and limited as well. The one thing that was fantastic was the service. Hats off to all the staff who were extremely helpful and kind. The location is amazing - the seaside and mountain views are awesome. One major recommendation is a Japanese restaurant close to the hotel called Sato. It is pricey, but a great meal and experience. The chef and staff are fantastic - you will thoroughly enjoy your time there. Overall our experience was really good other than some of the things I mentioned.
