Bathroom did not have a bath tube and the entire floor of the bathroom gets wet after taking a shower. I had room service, it was good and quick. I didn't get a wake up call, even though they told me I was going to get one. I also didn't get a reciept of my payment (I hope I can recieve one via e-mail), I was in a hurry to catch my flight and didnt have time to ask for it, but the person in the reception should have given me a reciept.
I came back to Seoul a couple of days after, because of loosing a plane I needed to stay one night near the airport but I was not able to make a reservation. I walked into the reception asking for room avaliability and I certainly did not get help. I probably would not come back to this hotel in a future trip.

Free shuttle bus to hotel. Close to airport, that's all. Nothing much to do otherwise. Nice Korean style room. Staff helpful. Gym facilities awful. No sauna nor steamroom nor swimming pool. Free internet which was the only good thing. They should have provided the breakfast for free.
