The hotel is undergoing upgrade refurbishment, so it's a bit noisy and dusty. But it should soon be much better than now. The room was not so clean (hairs all over, especially in the toilet), but is very large and well kept. Breakfast is very good, and staff is very friendly. ...

It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my whole life. First of all, dirty as. Once you reach your room, you would feel that it had never ever ever been cleaned. The room is so small you would feel like you are in your grave. the bed sheets were all dirty and full of blood. It seems like someone killed insects on the bed or a crime was committed there. If you want to call the reception, room service or any other service in the hotel, no one will answer you. Just go ahead and call the emergency number to ask for water! The hotel at night makes you scared cause it is so dark and it is like no one is staying there but you. As for the breakfast, it would take you years to decide what to eat cause there is nothing to choose from. For the tour desk, you won't find one. Go and ask the reception, they are South African but they don't know their country. I stayed for 2 nights, but they were the worst 2 nights ever. Don't be fooled by the pictures on the net. The hotel is not worth it at all. Pay more and go to a five star hotel coz this one can't even reach 1 star ! If you don't believe me, then go and try it for a night :)
