Sevice and staff in this hotel was impectable. The rooms are in despert need of remodelediing especially for the price they charge. We felt we got ripped of on internet charges at $45.00 US Dollars for 6 hours internet. This hotel is located in the nicest area in Joburg especially important for tourist in a city with a lot of crime.
