"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the RITZ HOTEL, Cape Town. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, real South African hospitality. The buffet breakfast was excellent and generous, with home made breads & pastries, supported by a friendly, caring manageress! The location is wonderful, close to the sea, with a very interesting shopping district and bargain restaurants, 10 minutes from city center and taxis readily available. While the deluxe rooms are slightly on the small side, they are large enough and clean and pleasant, with a room safe and tea/coffee facility. The only thing lacking...

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the RITZ HOTEL, Cape Town. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, real South African hospitality. For the bargain price I was paying on hoteltravel.com including breakfast, it was a super deal. International visitors can take a power adaptor or buy in nearby supermarket. (SA has 220V three "round-pin" plug). I would not hesitate to use the RITZ as my hotel of choice for all my Cape Town visits.
The 2010 World Cup Stadium is walking distance!
I highly recommend Cape Town as a hot tourist destination, and a very friendly city."

The room was new, clean and wonderful.it also has clean and very beautiful bathroom with phenominal view of cape town.i stayed for 6 days and would definitely go again
