"We found this hotel to be a cut above the rest of comparable hotels in Singapore. The staff were excellent who were more than willing to help in anything needed. They were not able to give us what we booked so they willingly upgraded us to fulfil our booking. The location is perfect to access the shopping precinct of Orchard Road and still be far enough away to be quiet and restful. The internet access is excessively expensive for the rates that are readily available elsewhere though. We would recommend this place to anyone staying in Singapore."
