Service at the Fairmont is outstanding. We had a lovely room for fouor nights, went away and came back to an even more comfortable room. People took time to ensure our satisfaction. excellent hotel. booked a triple room ... was more than adequate. breakfast menu great. only problem: did ask for as high a floor as possible got 7th floor (26 floors) so view limited. thank you for your service ... will definitely book through you again. price was less than a third that we were quoted from a local travel agent. Exceelent condition, clean and all features working. Gym and business centre had everything you needed. Hada wonderfull breakfast each morning , did not eat inhouse. From offering our daughter a chocolate on arrival and everything staff did to assist. Easy to jump a train or secure a taxi.
Expensive yes but very comfortable and you can say you stayed in a famous hotel

A quality establishment - well furnished, generous sized room, great bathroom, superb views, good service, great location and good value. The single (minor) downside was noise from construction work (outside the building) continuing well into the night - but mysteriously not commencing until early afternoon. This was only a minor distraction as the rooms are well insulated. Can highly recommend this property. Ann Parnell, Australia
