The hotel was neat and clean (apart from the dead bees stuck in the lightfitting), the staff were very helpful and polite(except for the one cleaner who suggested I vacate 30 minutes before checkout time!), the complimentary breakfasts were good and we were offered a choice of 3, the swimming pool looked attractive (although we didn't get a chance to use it), the transport facilities were close by - both bus and MRT. Overall, we found it to be no less than expected, and we would happily stay there again....

There were no towels in the bathroom when I arrived, had to go downstairs to ask for them. Nothing in the refrigerator, only one small bottle of water for morning coffee.No snacks, drinks, etc

Book one big bed, and give us twin bed. Very old hotel, and room is not clean, toilet leaked and water full of ground , I stay two days, and 1st night I have react to the service, but second day, the same room and room not clean
