The Hotel is generally ok. The staffs are efficient and very friendly. There is not much or should I say no facilities like gym, pool, fitness center but the hotel is very clean. Further the location is great.. The bus stop is just in front of the Hotel and the nearest MRT station is walking distance. Great value for money....

Comfort place to get a nice and less crowded night rest, though the room is a bid smaller than expected, facility is average 1 star hotel, too pricey, its just suitable for 1-3 night stay.

We only spent two nights there and didn't spend much time in the hotel...it served its purpose...the room was small and the beds were hard...but it's a great place if your more interested in spending money on other things than a hotel.

I only stayed overnight, hence, I did not make a full assessment of my stay. However, in room 804 where I was billeted the toilet cistern is not working. I had to manually pour water onto the bowl. I should not be in this hotel, originally, but a mix up (not my fault) occurred. The room is average sized with two single beds. Lighting is alright. Toilet in room 804 needs to be fixed. I only stayed overnight hence I have not made a full assessment. So, I marked it as average.
The counter staff is not that professional in the art of customer service. Why no one assisted in showing the assigned room beats me. I have not encountered this kind of service before. I am unsure of this because there's only one restaurant in the hotel. I did not check the food. I did not check where my location is. I did not go out having arrived late (nearly 10pm) at the hotel. The hotel has no airport transfer coach. I paid my way for one and then caught a cab back to the airport in the morning.

The most I like about his hotel is that it's in a very good location, close to everything (food and shopping). The bad part is that the hotel does not provide FREE in house internet to convenient their customers.

This hotel offers a great location for the centre of singapore, and the access to the MRT and shopping are easy, it is also within walking distance to Orchard Road.
This hotel however was overpriced for the standard of the rooms (200 Singapore Dollars a night) and the facilities the hotel offered were very basic.
If the price was reduced on the standard rooms this could be a great budget hotel but unfortunatly i would not pay this price again for this hotel.
The standard room was in fairness standard, but way below our expectations for the price we had paid. It was clean but quite small and very basic.
In the time we stayed at the hotel we didn't see or were never offered any additional facilities the hotel may have offered.
The check in staff were polite and quick with the check in and out, the cleaning staff were also friendly although a bit pushy to get in your room to clean.
We did not eat at the hotel restraunt, the menu did look nice but it was always empty, not usually a great sign. The hoel did not offer a minibar, and if room service was available it was not very clear. The only entertainment was the TV in the room, but this was ok. The main reception area was clean, it did have seating areas and a luggage room.
No Garden but the front of the hotel was also kept clean and tidy.
Great location for the centre of Singapore, a 10 min walk to Orchard Road and the main shopping areas, and a 5 min walk to Bugis street Market and Bugis MRT underground for access

The room is so small that once you put your suitacase inside the room, you will have to sleep in the corridor. Pathetic hotel, lousy food, greatly overpriced - it seldom gets any worse - Such hotels should be strictly marked for bachelor backpackers.
