Fantastic hotel, stayed there 20 years ago and delighted to see they had not lost their staff friendliness and efficiency. The garden wing is very beautiful and the rooms are very large very comfortable. When I go to singapore again I would definitely stay there no question....

Our favourite hotel in the world. All staff on all levels excellent. We stopped using Shangri La because they altered their loyalty programme which used to be much better however very glad that we have now returned to them. Can't wait for next visit.

The Valley Wing at the Shangri-la hotel is very good. Very quite place. With good service. Food is average. Rooms are in classic style, not small. Being in the hotel made a good impression.

Hotel had been advised that we would be arriving late, however when we got there (22.15hrs) our room was not ready for us. We did not get the key until 23.00hrs. We will not be using this hotel again - nor would we recommend it.

Room too small. TV stations offered very limited, eg no premier league football. Room service food very poor indeed. Main restaurant very good. Generally disappointing fora hotel of Shangri La status. Facilities not good when compared with Shangri La Jakarta.

Frequent visitor to this hotel. Initially stayed at tower wing which was okay. Upgraded to valley wing when I booked into garden wing with my family. Repeated stay at valley wing ever since. Great service, great ambience and the suites certainly live up to its luxurious standard. Very enjoyable and pleasurable experience.
