It was a plus factor for me and my family staying on Quality Hotel, after arriving there and knowing that some of the staff are our fellow Filipinos. However, I can also say the same to the locals with the warm welcome and professionalism of almost all the staff, kudos to the Quality Hotel Employees....

The staff of Quality Hotel are very nice. Kudos to the Filipino bell boys who are more than willing to offer their knowledge and expertise of the area.
The only drawback was the air conditioning. Even after I turn it down all the way to the +30 degree celsius, it was still pretty cold. Had to turn it off twice manually.

Location is the only advantage of this hotel. It is located near the food court and easy to access to public transport. Room size is pretty small. Food / breakfast provided was below expectation.

The room was satisfactory and very clean. However, light sleepers may be disturbed by noises from people going through the corridor. The Novena MRT is approx. 20 minutes walking distance and the most convenient way to get around is by bus which have services direct to Orchard Road, Little India and Jln Arab. Tan Tock Seng Hospital is 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. For Moslems, there are Indian Moslem food outlet (mamak), halal pizza place and Malay stall near Whompa. Halal fast food restaurants (KFC, McD etc.) are established at nearby Shaw Plaza and Novena Square. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel's free shuttle van going to Novena MRT station and Orchard Road is one of the most remarkable services. What annoyed me during my stay in this Hotel is I find it so noisy in the morning, as the neighbors' doors always produce such a heavy hit bang when closing.

Staff were very polite and helpfull,breakfast was self sevice toast cereal and poached egg with baked beans ,quite nice,most of the other food was asian which was understandable.need a taxi to go anywhere unless you wish to walk for about 10 to 15 min to the underground station. All in all it was good value for money.

Room was extremely small yet pricey with "view" against a wall and ignored for paper delivery in the morning. The hotel seems to cater primarily to groups as individual travellers couldn't get a seat for their (included) breakfast. Hotelpool is basicly a children's plunge pool (tiny with max depth of 90cm)

The hotel was very accesible from the Singapore airport. Upon reaching it I was immediately impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The woman at the check-in counter was extremely friendly and helpful. The bell-hop was also very friendly and helpful--making sure I got to my room and that I got acquiainted with the hotel and its facilities before I did. When I made reservations I was told the regular rooms were booked. I was then given an "executive room" at $25 more. When I reached the room I was disappointed. I found it tiny for the price I paid. It did not make me want to spend time in the room except to sleep. It was clean and orderly. But I found it a bit overpriced.

Stayed overnight while in transit. About 15 minutes from the airport. The standard rooms is very small and compact thus would not have found the stay enjoyable if I was more than 5'4. The bathrooms was nice, good selection of TV channels and room service was nothing worth raving about. The bed however was comfortable even though it has room for nothing else but a bed side table on the side.
It is not located within the main tourist areas such as Bugis, Orchard Rd, City Hall etc...thus the location is not great for a tourist however it was 15 minutes from the airport. The hotel attempted to compensate for this location issue by offering a shuttle to Novena Square MRT and Orchard Rd.

Although I was (and am) rather satisfied with the Hotel and its services, i was told by my taxi-driver that the price i paid was much too high. He would have been able to get me a comparable hotel for about 50% of the price I paid. I guess that he gets provisions from OTHER hotels...:). No worry, i still liked the hotel.
