Room service was execllent for food but beverages was limited to beer and I am a wine drinker so I had to go out and purchase my own. I will stay there again but I will be aware that it is a BYOB stay....

We booked the hotel room 4mos ago. Special request for non-smoking room as I am allergy to smoke. Unfortunatly we didn't get one because the hotel was filled up on the day when we checked in. The front desk clerks were not helpful at all and very unfriendly. We had to take it or leave it. They didn't even try to get a non-smoking room for us next day. We stayed in that hotel for 3 days. We ended up staying out side the room as much as we could. I felt sick after that trip in singapore and we flew in all the way from Canada.
