A well located hotel in the Marina Bay precinct. The views from our balcony room were excellent and the staff are professional and friendly. Room service was good. Drinks in the bar were a little expensive, but hey that is fairly typical of this type of hotel and is of no concern to their mostly business clientele.

We have really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, room is very clean and staffs are always very friendly and professional. If I have to pick a fault, it will be the buffet breakfast, the quality of the food definitely needs improvement. For example, the choices of desert was very limited and ordinary and the presentation was very average. The bacon has more fat than lean meat on it. But all in all, it is still a very good hotel,highly recommended.

Pros: Rooms are very nice. Hotel is connected to Marina Square Shopping Complex so it's easy to shop! The breakfast buffet is the best i've had! Cons: The water pipe noise in the room is very loud. We requested a connecting room since we booked 2 rooms. When we are checking in at 2pm, they told us that they have reserved a connecting room for us but one of the room still have guest because the guest paid for the late checkout. So they said we can wait for the other room, which SHOULD be available at 6pm OR we can have seperate rooms on different floors. We paid for the 2 rooms and we are not waiting for the 2nd room to be ready by "maybe" 6pm. We had to give them some atitude in order to get the rooms we requested. It took around 30 min to settle the issue and therefore it's stupid! Other than this, the hotel is great.

As fo the hotel, it is great and excellent. Good in location, value, friendliness etc. The Chinese Hotel is located on top floor has a good view of the Spore Flyer. However, the only setback is when we reached there abt 7pm., we have difficulty getting carpark as Marina Square, Mandarin Hotel are all sharing the same carpark with PanPac and it's full.

Well located for the marine bay area, Marine square shopping and Suntec centre. During the week it is predominantly a business hotel and tends to be a little bit quieter at the weakened. The facilities are of a good to high standard, but not at the same level as the very best hotels in Singapore. I always find the staff to courteous and very efficient, and on the whole very attentive. However, during the week and when the hotel is very busy, breakfast can be a little slow and service (coffee refills, plates clearing …) a bit tardy. They have a good breakfast selection, offering local cuisine as well as standard western options. As for the rooms, most in the hotel are classified as “Deluxe” and are furnished to the same standard and levels of facilities. This excludes the “Executive” levels, which I have never tried. Below the 20th floor the views can be good if facing the correct direction, but above this floor you get a good vista of Singapore. The rooms themselves are of a good standard and well appointed as would be expected of a business hotel. Although not big, not small either, they have good enough room for two people to stay without falling over each other. Bathroom facilities are well organised with separate double headed shower, bath tub and toilet. On the whole the hotel is well furnished for a stay of a few days, clean and tidy, well organised and well located for the aforementioned areas. I would recommend it for people who like a bit of comfort, without the need for total pampering, who intend to do a bit of looking around or want options close by (food courts, theatre, restaurants a pub or two, but nothing manic…) and at a good price.

When I booked online for me, my husband and our daughter of 11years old I confirmed a two bed room. When we booked in the morning of 4/12 we got a room with only on king size bed and had to pay more for my daugter. I do appreciate that we could book in early but a roll-away bed was not provided as discussed at reception, we had to get more blankets to put on the floor for my daughter to sleep on.

Overall excellent value for price paid for room and breakfast deal. Great location; comfortable, spacious rooms with up to date furnishings and plenty of glass providing good lighting and city views. Quiet except for occasional and surprising plumbing noise from next room. Buffet breakfast ample and up to expected standard. Broadband internet charge is high if not included in room rate, but can easily be avoided by using one of many free wireless hotspots in the vicinity.

The loaction of the Hotel is superb. The close proximity of the Shopping and Entertianment center is a plus point. You do not actually need to take any locomotive to travel around the convention centre. YOu just walk around the linkage and it'll bring you to your destinations. Will surely return again for my next business trip.

Great hotel in the heart of Singapore.A walkway connects directly to the Marina shopping centre which has first class shops and a few resturants as well as Starbucks and a 7/11.Checkin/checkout were seamless and the front desk was very helpful in addressing our needs.The hotel itself is large and well furnished.The staff are polite and extremely helpful with anything you may need. They can even arrange baby sitting services for you. The breakfast was execellent with plenty of choices.The rooms were very comfortable - pillows on the hard side - but you can request softer ones. All in all a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend to my friends and would stay again. The staff is the reason this place rates as no.1 on most websites.

We stayed at thi hotel for 3 nights, the staff and services was excellent. We arrived at 8am and our room was ready and we were given an upgrade to a higher floor with panoramic views of the city. Our flight home wasn't until 7PM and we were able to check out at 4pm. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff are very freindly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is extensive and good. Very pleased with the freshly squeezed fruit juice of the day. A good 10 min walk to nearest MRT City Hall but through airconditioned shopping malls so wasn't really a problem. Would stay again.

It has been one of the best experiences I have ever had of all the 5 star hotels I have stayed in my life ever- Pan Pacific has really delighted me. So far the best. The kind of service that we get from Pan Pacific staff is incomparable. I never ever knew that the service could be that extra special. The staff was very very courteous and friendly. My wife was unwell for a day and since it was late in the night to go to any doctor, the staff did all they could to arrange for the home medication (like honey, lemon, hot water, etc.). To top it up they sent fruits and chocolates with a very special "Get Well Soon" card, the very personal touch to it really made up our day and also half recovered my wife. I would always ever recommend it to any of my friends and also if I ever go to Singapore next I will stay there. Being an Indian, getting an Indian restaurant within the hotel outside India was another luxury to top it up with the best of food you will not even get in the best of restauranats in India and a fabulous staff. Every thing they did had a personalized touch.Just one thing that I can point on the hind side was that the A/C in the my room was not so effective- more so I never tried to change the default settings- though nothing so pricking but something you generally notice when everything else is all well in place. I returned back to Japan (where I work and live) a real delighted customer with really wonderfull memories of this hotel and it's services.

I have stayed in the Pan Pacific a few times, and will again. Whilst the choice of great hotels in Singapore is enormous, once you have found one that suits, why change? The hotel staff are first class, and everything is done to make your stay as easy and pleasant as possible. The rooms are lovely, and the beds fabulously comfy. Also great pool, but perhaps not so good if you're a dedicated swimmer. Didn't eat in the restaurants much, but breakfast buffet was very nice.

Modern hotel with cool Atrium. Good location for business, and even shopping as there are a dozen or so malls/shopping centers nearby. Suntec City is a short walk away. Marina Mall is right next door. City Hall MRT however is a little long walk. about 15mins. However there is a free shuttle bus from Marina mall to Orchard street where you will find even more shops and restaurants.

My husband and I stayed at the Pan Pacific , the room we were originally given was in need of serious redecoration, I asked to be moved and only could be accommofdated by paying an additional 30 S. Dollars per night .. bit disappointing . The staff are very friendly and the location of the hotel is good , we found the charges in the bar to be excessive almost 3 times what you would pay elsewhere in Singapore , so be careful . All in all we enjoyed it but next time I would stay nearer to Orchard Road as there were few restaurants near this hotel .

Large, excelent bed. Good for night entertaiment, but a bit far from the main shops. Nonetheless, couple of minutes distance using a taxi. We will surely visit the Pan Pacific again and recomend our friends to visit as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we needed an extra couple of hours on our departure and they allowed it with no extra charge, outstanding!!!

The stay in the pan pacific hotel singapore was wonderful. The price and service was excellent. I arrived earlier then the schedulled check in time, but the room was not yet ready. We had complamentery drinks as well as food for the wait. room Was ready 15 min after we checked in. I recomend this hotel to anyone visiting singapore. And will be satying there on my next visit.
