Redzuan who was with the Concierge, was very helpful in arranging for our trip to Sentosa. The hotel is in a quiet area and it would have been a nice place to start walking around except that we didn't have much time to do so. We would definitely consider going back to this hotel.
The room would have been excellent had it been a bit bigger and had the tv more cable channel choices.The room was clean. And although there was hammering or drilling sounds when we called up the front desk, they were able to immediately stop the noise. The swimming pool was good as even kids were safe in swimming ...

All staff we dealt with were excellent and a credit to the hotel. The rooms are getting a little tired but on a value for money basis quite OK. Location is not perfect but not too bad. Rooms show their age a little but generally are OK.
We used the pool, restaurant and bar all were OK. All staff we had contact with were efficient, helpful and very friendly better than most hotels. We only ate breakfast and that was quite good. bar drinks are too exoensive as in most Singapre outlets. used internet which was slow. The hotel is a bit out of the way and a bit of a walk to the MRT but taxis are cheap and plentiful. Would be nice to be closer to an MRT stop.

The hotel is a long walk to the MRT and it is a long wait for buses. We took the taxi most of the time. Our kids enjoyed the use of the swimming pool.

Very good location and public transport also available (5min walk), Front office staff members were very friendly except for one lady which i think she is in the wrong profession :). Breakfast was good but all five days same menu (can’t help) but fairly good (i would say breakfast is 3 star not 4). We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to stay in Furama again.

I stayed in this hotel recently with my wife and son.The hotel staff is quite friendly and helpful. Some people may have an issue with its location, but I feel it is a non issue as besides free bus service provided by the hotel at regulat intervals, taxi is easily avaialble. I must say it is a good hotel and would recommend it to anyone. Even during my next visit to Singapore, I would love to stay at this hotel.

Furama Hotel is fine/Nothing special. Rooms need much improvement!
It is a 3-star and not 4-star hotel!
1. Toliet was broken and the staff repaired it 3 times
2. Dirty Windows
3. Very expensive internet. Do not accept it. I was using internet from other hotels free
4. Swimming pool and gym are fine
5. Breakfast is far from 4-stars hotel poor selection of food
6. Location is ok, however transportation by Metro is not possible

Breakfast provided was one of the best I've experienced in Singapore and the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and efficient. Only drawback is the distance from public transport. However a free shuttle bus into Orchard Road is provided at intervals throughout the day and there are several very good restaurants within walking distance at Robertson Quay.

The Hotel decor is now slightly dated especially the bathrooms. Road noise was quite bad due to old style windows. We also received a smokers room which was unpleasant until the air conditioning cleared the air. Drinks and refreshments in the Hotel lounge bar are expensive, $15.60 for two coffees! Overall, the Hotel was a good to average standard and helped towards an enjoyable holiday trip.

The hotel was very much to the standard I expected, but there is room for improvement when the hotel makes a mistake. I had booked, and confirmed, 3 rooms, the hotel had only reserved 2 rooms, after some time, with little discussion with me, they allocated 3 rooms for the stay. This corrected the problem, but since it was made by the hotel staff, a good customer relations act would have been to apologise, the duty manager, very much in evidence during the debacle, made no attempt to oversee the situation or assist.
Singapore does not acknowledge there is a Furama Riverfront - the tour guides and taxi drivers all know this hotel by the name of Appollo
