"This is the second time we have stayed at the Meritus Negara. We like it because of its location - close to Orchard Road but not on it to be too noisy - the size of the deluxe rooms and the friendliness of all staff. We cannit find any fault. The level of response when things did go wrong (the safe was locked by the previous occupant and there was a faulty appliance) was quick and efficient. It is within minutes of the Orchard Road shopping area and very convenient for those who wish to use the MRT. Orchard Station is just about 5 minutes away. A hotel worthy of recommendation."
