I stayed in room 616, everything was ok except for the leg room in the toilet, it seemed too narrow, not enough space for my legs

Great hotel if you like hussle and bussle and lots of people. Very expensive everywhere including the hotel ($31 Singapore dollars for breakfast). Fast service all the time, that was great!

The location of this hotel is great. Right in the heart of shopping and the subway station is right in front of the entrance. The hotel is at the moment renovating the rooms; apparently we got one which still had to be done. The breakfast buffet is quite selective and good. We enjoyed a great New Years Eve dinner buffet too. Unforetunately at the check-in the reservation made could not be found in their computer. However, the staff was quite helpful and tried to accomodate me anyhow. Overall we had a good time there.

I usually stay at the Marriott group of hotels and normally find all services great but this time I have to say the staff (the ones I dealt with at reception) was not at all helpful. Originally booking was for 2 weeks and needed an extension, they came back to me with a rate that was double my current rate in addition to losing my privileges for the business lounge services. Needless to say I moved to another hotel.
