I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel upgradeed my room to a higher floor one after i expressed my disappointment with the view that I had with the earlier room that they allotted to me, at no extra charge.The room furnishing is also very nice.

I had always stay at this hotel before because I thought it was the best. Unfortunately, the hotel is getting old and the rooms are not so neat like they were before. Carpet is dirty, rooms are small. I will think twice before staying here next time.

Location was great with the huge Suntec City shopping complex opposite and the MRT a 2 block walk. However a new MRT station is currently being built right next door! Swimming pool & fitness room was still being completed in Sept/Oct however had use of pool at neighbouring Pan Pacific.We shared a family room which was 2 interconnecting rooms with a bathroom each, 1KS & 2S.Perfect! The staff were excellent as to the concierge who had some fantastic restaurant recommendations. Although the hotel has been renovated, mainly the lobby/reception areas I found the "family room" could have had a liittle more of a makeover. Air con. wasn't working too well but was rectified immediately.All in all this was great value inclusive of buffet breakfast and would definately stay here again.
