Out of the way location. Nothing in walking distance except tall office buildings. No place to eat or drink except the hotel itself; hotel restaurant and bar overpriced and mediocre.

M Hotel's location is excellent for my business trip to Singapore several times. All espects of services, food and room standard are satisfactoy and well-worth for the money paid. I have not yet ever encountered any particular dissatified experience or services from M Hotel so far.

I have stayed at M hotel twice and I have found hotel is in peace full area, room is big enough, all the facilities in the room and in the hotel was outstanding, all the staff were very friendly and helpfull, and breakfast buffet was very good. If we go to singapore again we will love stay at M hotle.

Nice hotel to stay! Room was exactly as published on the internet. Spacious, clean and has everything we needed. We didn't get a warm welcome from the reception, but she did upgrade our room to a bigger one which we really thankful. Distance to MRT station was not really a stone throw away as advertised. It was quite a walking distance. But, taxis were always there as soon as we stepped out of the hotel door. Breakfast was complete but the chef need to add Asean taste on it. In general, it was a good hotel.

It is a nice comfortable modern hotel. Pool was out of order due to maintenance, but I have one at home I don't use much either. It was my second stay there and although it is right out of the way, unless you are in Singapore to business down town it can be a pain to get to at peak times. I would stay there again

Location was a little away from everything but a $4 cab ride or a nice walk and you can be in the heart of singapore. will stay there again for sure.

The hotel was very clean and well appointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was when I tried to get a taxi. I stood at the taxi queue outside the hotel door for 15 minutes before giving up and taking the MRT. Someone from the hotel should have been on hand to hail a taxi. This was a minor problem. Overall I was very happy with the hotel.
