I have stayed at M hotel twice and I have found hotel is in peace full area, room is big enough, all the facilities in the room and in the hotel was outstanding, all the staff were very friendly and helpfull, and breakfast buffet was very good. If we go to singapore again we will love stay at M hotle....

M Hotel's location is excellent for my business trip to Singapore several times. All espects of services, food and room standard are satisfactoy and well-worth for the money paid. I have not yet ever encountered any particular dissatified experience or services from M Hotel so far.

Nice hotel to stay! Room was exactly as published on the internet. Spacious, clean and has everything we needed. We didn't get a warm welcome from the reception, but she did upgrade our room to a bigger one which we really thankful. Distance to MRT station was not really a stone throw away as advertised. It was quite a walking distance. But, taxis were always there as soon as we stepped out of the hotel door. Breakfast was complete but the chef need to add Asean taste on it. In general, it was a good hotel.

It is a nice comfortable modern hotel. Pool was out of order due to maintenance, but I have one at home I don't use much either.
It was my second stay there and although it is right out of the way, unless you are in Singapore to business down town it can be a pain to get to at peak times.

Location was a little away from everything but a $4 cab ride or a nice walk and you can be in the heart of singapore. will stay there again for sure.

The hotel was very clean and well appointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was when I tried to get a taxi. I stood at the taxi queue outside the hotel door for 15 minutes before giving up and taking the MRT. Someone from the hotel should have been on hand to hail a taxi. This was a minor problem. Overall I was very happy with the hotel.

During check-in, I was given a double-sharing room instead of the triple-sharing room I booked. Other than this, staying at M Hotel is convenient and pleasant. The staff are generally very helpful and polite, especially the concierge in helping us to get a cab or carrying our luggage to our room. The staff at the coffehouse are also prompt to get us a table every morning. However, the buffet breakfast offers almost the same food every morning. The room we stayed in is quite new and clean. However, the noise of other guests talking as they walk along the corridors can be quite loud, especially when you're sleeping at night.
Although M Hotel is located in the financial district, it is located just 3 minutes walk away from the Tanjong Pagar MRT- so very convenient to go anywhere. Quite easy to get a tax too. During the weekend, the area is quiet but safe. We walk to the hotel from the MRT station at about 10.30 pm every night with no problems.
Overall, it's a nice hotel to stay at, whether you are in Singapore for business or leisure. We would love to stay at M Hotel again, if my travel agent manages to settle the room issue for us.

The whole hotel was said to be refurbished last Oct 06 after being taken over by new mgmt.New group did an excellent job turning it into a business like hotel and I love the interior deco-simple yet chic with a plasma tv,work desk with a sgl lazy men leather sofa for the tired by the window.My favorite is the neatly designed modern bathroom that is squeaky clean. The only turn off is the broadband/WIFI rate that cost a BOMB@ SGD1/min = SGD$30/hour.
Other than that, I would be back to stay in M Hotel again.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the M Hotel. The location, away from the central city but close to transport is ideal. Our room (1508) was ideal, comfortable and well serviced. Staff overall were very attentive and, in particular, we would like to mention the maitre d'hotel "Sunny" and waitress "Grace" who both went out of their way to make us feel at home. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to our friends and associates.
