I was pleased with the Hotel and staff. Questions were answered quickly and with a smile. The hotel was close to the MRT and shopping on Orchard Road. Chinatown, Little Korea and the business district were all within one/two stops. An excellant hotel to see all of the many sites that Singapore has to offer. I would do it again and I will tell all my travel friends to book the hotel for a wonderful stay in Asia....

With the location of the hotel, which is very near transport services, we were able to see as much sites as possible, such as parks, zoos, malls and other sightseeing places. The location is very safe so we were not afraid to go back to the hotel even as late as 11 pm. The staff are very efficient and courteous.
If the beds are a little bigger, I would have rated it excellent. We were only able to use the dining facilities for buffet breakfast. The place is very roomy. The staff are very courteous and accommodating. Offers a variety of drinks and beverages.
Very clean, but cleaning should be done earlier, may be before lunch. When we went back to the hotel around 2 pm, its only the time that the rooms are being cleaned. It's excellent but it could have been better if we were charged after check out. My credit card had been charged a day after my booking and we haven't checked in yet. Other hotels charge clients after check out. Accessible to transport facilities, you can go easily from one place to another. Very accessible, we can go from one place to another vey conveniently.

Le Meridien was excellent in almost every respect. The breakfast especially was worth a mention - probably the best and most extensive selection we have found in any country, a gourmet delight! One negative aspect was the triple-bed room we had booked as we were disappointed to have a fold-up bed brought in by the maid and squeezed into a double-bed room. A true triple room with a proper extra bed should be allocated because by the time the furniture was moved to make room for the extra bed, there was little room for our suitcases. A feature which Le Meridien should investigate for future triple bookings. Otherwise, well done Le Meridien, Singapore!

My booking for 2 double rooms was confirmed with breakfast for 4 persons.Upon check in I was informed that the breakfast was for 2 persons only.Fortunately I brought along the confirmation letter which was email by HotelTravel.com. Anyway the breakfast was excellent and the service was excellent too.I would like to propose that staying guest who bring their car and park at the hotel should not be paying parking fees.Thank you

At check-in my reservation wasn't found until I provided my booking reference. The family had two rooms but we couldn't get them close to each other and they weren't even on the same level. Our reservation was made many weeks in advance. The check-in process took 15 minutes. The credit card I used when checking-in couldn't be used thereafter - it seems as the receptionist managed to demagnetize the card causing me considerable problems.

We were group of five and three of us got King size bed and two of us got two single bed room (since the king size bed room were not available anymore), but the person who was helping us told the two we don't have the same type of room available, but we would put you in a better room than the other people with the view of nice pool. First of all, we didn't know three of the members had king size bed, so when we went into the room and thought it's an average room (wondering what kind of room they have??) with no pool view. It was dissapointing when we found out other people had king size bed room with a nice view. The clerk should have just told us honestly.

Hotel's lobby is on the 3rd floor af an immense building complex. The floors below are day/night bazaar. Very weird entrance and surreal surroundings. Designated non-smoking rooms reek of tabaco smoke.

The service in this hotel from the moment of arrival was excellent, the attention to detail the staff have is perfect.
