Although the outlook of the building doesn't look well, but the rooms & toilet are cleaned. In terms of location, it is quite convenience for backpack travellers, just 2-3 mins walk to the nearest bus stand.

No breakfast service available because there was no electricity in the room deisgned for breakfast ???
A pleasant surprise: there is a swimming pool on the third floor: I have been there 4 nights and for the whole of my stay there was a leak on the floor with a few towels to absorb the water. Nobody seemed to worry about calling a plumber.
