I like the most the room specially the separate sleeping room and living room but also the big well organized bathroom, the breakfast restaurant and the fitness centre. I liked the least the taxi service, but it is probably unfair to blame the hotel, as it is a general problem in Singapore.

We stayed 2 nights for business. Hotel rooms, restaurant, facilities were beautiful as a five star hotel but service level and staff efficiency and professionalism were like budget hotel. Sorry to say as we had encountered problems and inconveniences with thier service at front desk, biz help desk, bell staff, security staff and even concierge.

This hotel gives you all. Perfect location,service, ambience and style. Easy access to everything. We were staying at many other 5 stars in Singapore, however none of them can match it. Try the breakfast, enjoy the spacious rooms, workout in the fantastic fitness center and relax at the pool next to a big waterfall, and thats all in the heart of the city.

Overall a nice place to stay. Front desk staff were excellent. However, the Concierge staff were very poorly managed. They were huddled in groups in the foyer, giggling and chatting while our luggage were unattended and not one of them would have noticed it going missing if I had not said anything.
