Well located hotel off Orchard Road. Friendly and efficent service. Hotel started some renovation/update work while we were there. This did not interrupt our stay, and the room although a reasonable size, did need some updating, especially the bathroom. We (2 adults & 2 children) enjoyed the large swimming pool, the spa and the gym. The room was expensive compared to Australia, but in line with other comparable Singapore hotels. The mini-bar prices and the restaurant / bar prices were even more so. However, the close proximity to the shopping, restaurants and food halls & stalls along Orchard Road meant we were able to eat and drink for more acceptable prices outside. The staff were friendly at all levels, and had service was good. I would consider staying there again, but would be interested to see the finished renovations, and if there are any changes to the room rates. It was fine for our 4 -day stopover, breaking up the trip from London back to Australia.

Excellent location in the heart of Orchard Road. Should be 5 star. Clean and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids. Ample supply of towels and toiletries. Concierge and taxi service helpful. Staff always ready to assist. Close to malls, food outlets. Easy access to other areas. Mainly taxi, but not cheap. Shabnam Jeewa, South Africa

I could not fault any aspect of this hotel. The location was perfect, standards were equal to any hotel that I have stayed in and the staff were friendy, polite and efficient
