Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel

"A well priced hotel,excellent and always helpfull staff at any level.It's location enabled a comfortable walk along the river to chinatown and further to Clarke Quay,judging by the number of corporate parties being held on sucessive nights I can only conclude a very popular and sucessful hotel."

"The room was very comfortable (with a good view of the river) and the hotel was conveniently located in terms of touring in its immediate area. Breafasts were very good. The room was large and well supplied. Requests for service were answered rapidly and pleasantly. The restaurant breakfast, which was what we used, had a varied menu with fine food. The room and all areas that we saw were very clean and well cared for. As noted, the room was large and comfortable, the breakfasts were enjoyable and there was easy access to transportation and to restaurants in the immediate area. Severral good restaurants were within walking distance and travel time to sited in the area (Little China, Little India and Arab Street) was short. We usually traveled by taxi and taxi service was always available without waiting."
