The lobby is not comfortable, lighting at the lobby so dark, no waiting room.

Hotel was close to the underground which made it easy traveling around.The breakfast was rather ordinary.Some mornings the watermelon was the highlight. I have had better at other hotels I have stayed at in Singapore. Paid for the deluxe room and was large enough for 2. had internet connection available plus the usual. the staff were friendly. had the usual hotel outlets. loctaed close to underground station so access to most areas was good.

The staff in Furama City Centre Hotel were friendly, polite, courteous and very helpful - without exception. We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was certainly larger and better than the standard rooms, although our request for a double room could not be honoured. Breakfast was included in our tariff which was also good. Location is very close to the Chinatown district and MRT stations which proved handy. Towells provided in the room were old and thin, however, this is not a huge issue. Would stay here again.

Rooms spacious and clean with large bathroom, shampoo, soap, toothbrush and paste and shaver provided, bath robes provided had an unpleasant odour (in both our rooms). kindly gave early check-in for one of our two rooms, substantial breakfast, friendly restaurant staff, conveniently situated (Chinatown interesting to visit with cheap fresh meals), only negative was imcompetance with cab booking for airport.

The hotel location is in the center of Chinatown and very close to shopping complex and MRT station that is convenient for transportation either from airport(with MRT) and during stay in Singapore. Also 1 station or 5 min walk to enjoy nightlife in Clark Quay area. Room is clean and comfortable with nice open view even we stay at 6th floor. Bathroom also spacious and clean with bath tub. Breakfast is excellent and valuable to the room cost. As we stayed for 2 nights here, there's plenty of western foreigner and some asians, however, no group tour staying here that make the atmosphere in the hotel or dining area not quite noisy or busy. This worth spending our leisure here.

Have always enjoyed staying at the Furama City Cente. The rooms are comfortable and the location of the hotel is excellent.

Furama City Centre Hotel is very close to MRT and also to food courts and shopping malls. Rooms are big enough and all necessary amenities are there. Staffs are friendly and helpful. One thing to complain. I booked 2 deluxe rooms inclusive of breakfast for 5. But when i checked-in, I was told breakfast was only for 4. Only after a long exchange of words, the staff rechecked their records and confirmed that breakfast was for 5. That kind of incidents should not happen.

Excellent location.. practically above china town! very close to the subway (MRT).. good food and friendly staff.. i would recommend it to everyone..

The hotel is strategically located at the heart of China Town. it is very convenient in terms of food and for shopping. With less than 5 minutes walk to MRT station, you are connected to other parts of the city. The room is clean and spacious, staff are friendly and helpful. My overall impression is good about this hotel and I will go back again if there is opportunity. The room set up is good, clean & neat. Limited usage only but the restaurant was good. The staff from the entry point to receptionist and waitress in the restaurant are friendly & courteous. Lots of variety for morning breakfast and not limited to western food only as advertised. I love to go back again and would recommend others if you like the atmosphere in China town. Right at the heart of China town and less than 5 minutes walk to MRT station. Convenient either getting a taxi or using MRT.

Furama City Center is a great place to stay. It is convienent to the MRT and in close proximity to Chinatown. The service was outstanding. Breakfast at the Furama is not to be missed. The only dissappointments were the price of exorbitant price for Internet usage and the price of the laundry facitilites. The room and the staff were absolutely top notch. I would stay there again in a hearbeat.
