The 7 questions above should include a "non existant" choice, as the amenities mentioned in the questions were non existant. The guy at the desk made us wait about a half an hour because he said he had no record of our reservation (even though I provided him with the confirmation number). In fairness, the room was sparkling clean and in good working order but not much larger than a walk-in closet and had NO WINDOW, making the closet analogy quite literal!
This was a business trip, and over dinner with clients they asked where we were staying. When we mentioned the name, one of our female clients was aghast, saying that we were staying in a "love" hotel where rooms were rented by the hour! Rather embarrassing to say the least! The lack of a window was making more sense now! Apparantly there are a number of hotels with the name "Fragrance..." something or other in Singapore, and they all have this reputation. I'd say avoid the place unless you only need it for an hour or two!
