As i checked in my name did not appeared in the reservation system of the hotel for which i ended up paying 99 sing $ .The money was refunded to me the next day as the name appeared.The rooms are very very small and the hotel corridor is very noisy.Do not recommend.

For a city like Singapore, what we got was probably in good relation to the cost, but...- We had two windowless rooms, which had not been mentioned anywhere in the booking or the hotel description. The hotel is a narrow, deep structure, semi-detached, which means that about half of the rooms are without windows. It might be good to mention this in the room description.- Breakfast was included in the room price. It was "continental" style and OK, but could be improved upon, e.g. with fresh fruit, or by giving some choices - we had ham (not rashers/bacon) and egg, and butter and assorted jams, on both days we were staying. Bacon would have cost extra... The two other breakfast options were not that different from the standard breakfast.- It was not possible to have a hot shower in the morning or later in the evening, but only in the early afternoon. There simply was no not water to be had! I suggest the hotel management should think about a better solution for the hot water!

I enjoyed my stay generally speaking and the quick access to the MRT just at the corner. I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast with no buffet but staff bringing you the food. I d rather having choice to pick up what I want. The swimming pool at the rooftop is great and very clean, as well as the room ( note: not a window in every room). very quiet area. Staff at thr front desk is very friendly and helpful which is great. Booking through hotel travel was trouble free and cheaper, which is very much appreciated for last minutes plans.

Clean rooms, small size but suficiant. Note that most rooms are without window. This is not mentioned at advertisements but guests might expect a window as standard - at least I did.MRT station is 3 minutes by feet, good connections.

The location, cleanliness, vegetarian breakfast are the best. Things that can improve are - a variety in breakfast; 24 hrs room service; tourist information/guidance. Room size is very small. But On the whole you get Value for money. Booking through hoteltravel.com is hassle free; Check in / check out time can be 24 hrs instead of fixed timings.

good hotel although the superior room was very small and breakfast was very basic. However, the overall impression is positive and it's very close to MRT station which is a big plus. rooms are clean and tidy with a nice plasma TV and wireless connection. very small but clean and tidy. efficient and nice staff.
