When we arrived to Singapore it was morning and we straight went to the hotel then we came to know the check-in time is 3 pm which is too late when comparing to other hotels I guess. Better if you had informed us. And we came back in eve then we got room 421 which didn’t have any windows. The room cleanliness was average but the bath room and AC was poor. There was neither bath tub nor shower curtain, water was spreading all around. And when we put up the AC it became noisy and I guess it is a very old one. I definitely think this is not tree star hotel standards. Further more the location was not convenient at all. We had to walk quite a long distance to the MRT station.
AC was noicy. Bed sheets was not cotton and the bath room did not had any tub or shower curtain. Reception was not interested or giving attention when we getting the room keys, two of them were eating and other one was talking on the phone and kept us waiting. Far from city and nothing good in other facilities it's better to have a hotel near city limits. Only taxis were there since its not a main road. AC was noicy. Bed sheets was not cotton and the bath room did not had any tub or shower curtain. Reception was not interested or giving attention when we getting the room keys, two of them were eating and other one was talking on the phone and kept us waiting.

Based on the price of Singapore hotels I have previously stayed at, the Fragrence hotel was a lot better than I expected. I would stay there again.
