We were impressed from the moment we reached Four Seasons. We were taken aback when the porter actually addressed us by name when our taxi from the airport reached the hotel. The staff were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. They went that extra mile to make sure our stay was wonderful. We will definitely go back.

I didnt like being arranged at smoking floor, because I had asked for No Smoking floor. And their reception room is also Smoking Room, I felt a little uncomfortable.

I liked the overall quality service level of the hotel. Personally, I would prefer hotels to supply the basic toiletries such as toothbrush, shaver, sewing kit etc.. Ideally, for 5-Star hotels like the Four Seasons, if they can pack all these essentials in a compact pouch or a little bag would be marvel and memorable for the guests to bring home as souvenir.

Polite, attentive staff and excellent dining, made for a relaxing short stopover. Late checkout was easily accomidated, and I was upgraded on check-in. Fantastic.
