"I liked the overall quality service level of the hotel. Personally, I would prefer hotels to supply the basic toiletries such as toothbrush, shaver, sewing kit etc.. Ideally, for 5-Star hotels like the Four Seasons, if they can pack all these essentials in a compact pouch or a little bag would be marvel and memorable for the guests to bring home as souvenir. "
