TV in the room was not clear, and very poor selection of channels. No complimentary drinking water provided. Mini bar not fully stocked.
This is the 3rd visit to this hotel and was very unhappy about the drop in quality against the price paid. However the location of the hotel is excellent.

I always go to Park on Orcahrd as hotel ideally located although price seems to have gone up in the past year. Cleanliness is good, some staff are very helpful while others are average.

Locality is excellent for the room rate charged, but standards wise, it is very much in need of a major renovation; though this might mean that the room rate charged will be a lot higher following the renovation. Good place to stay if you only use it to sleep at night, and do not require the use of all the other facilities.

The room was way overpriced, stains, couldn't se T.V. from bed, poorly done repairs on bathroom tiles, room musty smelling, poorly stocked refrig., old bed, drapes broken.
No solution offered when complaint made to front desk either during or upon payment.

I had to change rooms because the first room was terrible. the smell of the room was terrible and it looked like someone changed car oil on the carpet. It was the worst room i have ever stayed in Singapore and I travel there quite a bit. The second room they gave me was perfectly fine. To pay this kind of money and have to change rooms late at night after traveling is poor business and i doubt i will stay there again.
