No single chairs in the lobby. The day i checked out i finally understood why. The hotel does not allow former guests to re-pack their luggage in the lobby. It has to be done in their storage room. I'm not used with this kind of treatment. Checked in @ 2pm, the room still wasn't ready till 3.30. nice !!Hotel Facilities

This hotel proposes to be in the area around Clark Quay. In fact it is one of what they call the Riverside Hotels. Check that it's location meets your needs because we tended to have to get transport to get everywhere. Having said that they run a free bus in association with the other hotels in the area, but for convienince i Singapore we would suggest the taxis as they ate readily available and very cheep. The hotel was fine for our family which consisted of two teenage chilren who shared a second bedroom. All services were good and the staff attentive and polite. The bed was hard even for a hotel room. This may not suit everyone. Aircon was efficient and fairly quiet. Pool was clean and nice to use. Hot tub was not hot when we were there. (same as pool). The buffet dinner in the main resterant was well liked by all and fairly busy. Live music in the ajoining bar. Generally a nice experience for a few days of stop-over for us.Hotel Facilities

THere was a rather wide variety of choices for the complimentary breakfast. My family enjoyed the meals. The restaurant staff were friendly. But the room, the bathroom, and the beds were small. It was disappointing, considering the price. we found two bottles ofdrinking water on our first day of stay. On our second day, we found just one bottle of drinking water.Hotel Facilities

Monica from Australia stayed in a Superior for 2 days.
The concierge staff were very pleasant and make us very welcome. Unfortunately we were not made known that there were rooms in two different wings. If there is a difference in price it will be good if we were notified and the choice will be left to us. The rooms that I stayed did not have a balcony and it was a pretty small room. Short stay is fine but will not recommend any longer than 2 days.Hotel Facilities

David from New Zealand stayed in a Superior for 3 days.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a nice size, but bath-tub was too shallow to have a good bath. Breakfast was OK, but not exciting. Location was a bit far from shopping/tourist areas, but there was a bus-stop just over the road if we really needed to do that. In the end we took taxis everywhere as they were very inexpensive. Pool and jacuzzi were OK. Gym was small, but not busy. Generally, it was OK.Hotel Facilities
