The hotel was excelent in all way and on my birthday they give me a birthdaycake. I have never get something on my birthday when I staied on a hotel in Europ.
We have only good to say about the hotel. If someone of our friends are going to Singapore we would recommend the hotel. Next time we are going to Singapore there must be Mercury Roxy Hotel....

Everyone was friendly & helpful. The laundry dept may need to learn something about ironing linen suits (overly done) & shirts. A button was missing from a shirt, but they replaced it for free. I recommend the hotel and will certainly return to it when I'm in Singapore

Spacious and quiet - Excellent service from staff. BUT $8.50 for a bottle of water and $7.95 for 15minutes of internet....... this is really a rip-off. I stayed recently at a MUCH cheaper hotel elsewhere in Singapore gave a free bottle of water with the room (more downstairs @ $2.00) and FREE wireless internet. All in all a good hotel. MRT was too far to walk to.

I was given a room on a floor which was stinking the whole time I was there. I complained so many times but they were not able to fix the issue. The front desk staff was really inefficient and very unhelpful. I will not recommend or stay at this hotel.

Booked a non-smoking room, but was not available, then we were told that we had to wait for 45 minutes to get even a smoking room ( this was at 3.30PM). When we raiised our voice, they found the room stright away, so not sure what was happening. Given it was a smaoking room, we felt very uncomfortable. Otherwise its an OK hotel, close to the airport.

The hotel is undergoing a refurbhishment, so the standard rooms/delue rooms need upgrading, we stayed in a royal club room, which was of a higher standard ( more money)
It was located well, with easy access to the bus and MTR routes, plenty of places to eat locally.

The hotel staff was excellent and the stay was very good. The breakfast should have more local variety. However at checking out I informed the reception staff that my son broke one small toilet glass and that I wanted to pay for it. After a 5to 10min they came back and asked for $5 for the small glass. After asking for an explaqnation why 1 glass cost so much they wqaived the fee. After staying for 4 days I expected a better and more reasonable and realistic response

The breakfasts were excellent, didn't eat in the restaurant at night. What I found outrageous was the charge the Hotel made for internet use = $18.00 per hour and this was a reduced rate. I went next door to an internet shop and was charged $3.00 per hour. I always assumed that hotels were existed to offer a service not rip it's customers off. In Hong Kong I have bought a cup of coffee in a restaurant and got internet connection for free. Just a little thing but I feel the Hotel was really ripping it's patrons off. I wouldn't use it again.

We arrived at 9 am, received our room immediately, early check in was not a problem at no extra charge. No queues at check-in or check-out.
About 10 mins from the airport, hotel provides airport shutte. Good for stop-overs in Singapore. Some shopping possible at "shopping mall" opposite the hotel.
Had a very nice meal at the hotel restaurant. Friendly service. Nice surrounding in the pool area. Hotel provides shuttle service to the airport. Pool quite small but very nice "greek-style" pool and garden setting.

This hotel is good for all occassions. Very clean, staff very friendly and always wiling to help. It was my birthday during my stay at the hotel. When I came back from my day's work, I was surprised to see a small piece of cake and birthday cake signed by the manager on duty.

I have a complaint which is against the hotel. In the Feast in the East restaurant they display a sign which states that there is a 50% discount after 8p.m. We ate there believing this to be the case. When paying the bill it was pointed out to me the 50% discount applied to cakes and coffee in the downstairs cafe. Sure enough in very small print it does say that. I am sure we are not the first ones taken in by this misleading advertismaent. i should say the food was great and the full price very reasonable, so why risk irate customers.

Reasonable size, clean and quiet, but nothing special. Despite the brochure in the room describing the facilities as including a bar open to 24.oo there was no bar available at 2240. We were told that there was a bar next door but a resident told us it was the local pick up joint for prostitutes and the only other nearby bar was a fast food arcade full of local colour but no charm and rather unsavoury. Seperated from the beach and its facilities by the local motorway. We used it as it is the nearest hotel to Changi but another time would go the extra distance into town.
