Room rather scruffy, needs redecorating. Sink not clean when we arrived. Sheets OK. Air con was very good and quiet.

Rooms exremely small, but staff very friendly and obliging and the room was clean.
bedlinen and bahroom were clean. no pool. no gym. limited restaurant but had internet room. staf were very friendly and obliging. limited bu foo was ok/good. 5 minutes wealk to MRT.

Compared to the tariff the facilities are reasonable. However the hotel is most suitable for just stay. The hotel does not provide for any other service. However there are plenty of options availabloe nearby. The location is ideal.
