The location of the hotel is excellent, lots of public transport available. The hotel lift was not working properly, and I was on the 4th floor, too many stairs! The breakfast was 1st class and very enjoyable. I will stay in this hotel again when I return to Glasgow....

Cold room, no heating. bathroom door wouldnt close let alone lock ! Still waiting for a refund 1 month later ! Despite phoning the hotel several times and speaking to managers.

This hotell is very much run down. Inter alia, water was dripping from the chandelier in the entrance, with an ensuing pool on the floor. The standard of our room was below par. However, I think they ("Quality Hotel") are in a renovation mode, as two other persons in our party had a renovated bathroom. The breakfast room was simply terrible, the temperature close to 105 degrees Fahrenheit! Three stars is at least one to many.

leisure area had had a flood and was a mess.Price of drink in the bar was high i.e. Magners £4.10. good large rooms. sky tv wasnt working. not a great deal of seating area. have stayed here on numerous occaisions ideally situated. hotel central close to all facilities. main taxi rink gets a bit noisey when pubs and clubs come out.

This hotel is now a pitiful shadow of its former self, at one time this hotel was 'the' hotel in Glasgow, im afraid now I would regard it as a last resort. Wallpaper peeling from walls, toenail clippings left on seats and carpets.
