"Our room on the third floor was adequate but not as big as the hotel website images suggest. A bit of noise from weekend revellers in the surrounding streets and from the bar and kitchen if you overlook the courtyard, but not too much. Two main complaints: very hot and stuffy in most areas and the lift was not working. Staff said it had been out of action for six months! High ceilings are great, but they make for a long hike to the top. Oh, and a 6.45 a.m fire alarm (false) was not what we'd had planned for Sunday morning. Great breakfast."
