tOILETS COULD HAVE GOT MORE ATTENTION IN CLEANING. THE HOTEL APPEARED TO BE CLEAN. WHAT HOTEL FACILITIES --THERE WAS NONE . MY ROMM WAS DONE DAILY AND RECEIPTIONIST WAS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. YES EXCELLENT LOCATION 2 MINUTES TO PRINCESS STREET AND CONVIENENT TO CASTLE.

excellent location. we had a room to the backyard, therefore very quiet. furnishing seems rather old but functionable. if you are not disturbed by holes in the bed sheet and similar things you will find the rooms quite comfortable. for a visit of edinburgh i would select the hotel again.
