The action packed programme kicks off this week in Bangkok at the Thailand Cultural Centre. Here are just a few of the outstanding performances on tap:

Starting from Thursday 16 September, Novosibirsk Ballet Theatre of Russia will perform three one-act contemporary ballets by the late great American choreographer George Balanchine. The same troupe will also perform Cinderella during two matinee performance on 17 & 18 September.

On Sunday 19 September, the Sangre Flamenco Nuevo Ballet Español, Spain will present a flamingo flavoured ballet performance. This Latin theme also carries through on 28 & 29 September with 'Fiesta the Night Away' performance by the Kings of Salsa from Havana, Cuba. On the closing night on 12 October, a sultry 'Tango Feeling' by Estampas Porteñas and Carolina Soler from Argentina is sure to be a hit with Tango-loving theatre goers.
